Eduardo del Palacio Lirola ("VibeTasking.com", "we", "us", or "the company"), as the Data Controller, strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, Law 3/2018).

2. What Personal Data Do We Process?
We process personal data of employees and professionals who use our software, including:
- Name, surname, professional email address, phone number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type.
- Usage data: Software utilization patterns, preferences, activities performed, and requests made to our agent.
Our AI agent, in order to perform the task assigned by the user, may access the user's personal accounts, local or cloud files, and browser data. This access will occur exclusively to execute tasks directly requested by the user. The user can at any time limit, review, or revoke this access by stopping the task currently running or by deleting tasks scheduled for periodic execution.
In certain cases, we act as a Data Processor for our clients, storing or managing personal data of their own users or end customers according to their specific instructions.
The user's data, including but not limited to, that obtained from the use of the Google Workspace APIs, is never used for any other purpose than the one specified here. It is not used to develop, improve, or train any generalized AI and/or ML models, either for VibeTasking.com or for any third party.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To provide, manage, and optimize our Artificial Intelligence-based software, as well as to carry out tasks requested by the user.
- To analyze usage patterns to improve our product and user experience.
- To generate personalized automated recommendations for professional users.
- To communicate with users regarding news, updates, or incidents related to the service.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of the contract between VibeTasking.com and the client (the company contracting the SaaS).
- Legitimate interest in optimizing and improving our service.
- Explicit consent of the user, when required for intensive automated processing or profiling.
5. Recipients of the Data
Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation or with explicit consent. We use external providers (AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, etc.) as Data Processors under a signed contract (Data Processing Agreement - DPA).
6. International Transfers
We use leading technology providers that may store personal data outside the EU, always under adequate safeguards through standard contractual clauses approved by the EU.
7. Retention Period
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the established purposes and legal obligations, generally for the duration of the contract with the client.

9. Automated Decisions
Our product uses AI to perform automated profiling in order to optimize tasks and offer personalized recommendations. Similarly, it may automatically decide which files or systems it needs to access to attempt to carry out the task assigned by the user.
10. Data Security
VibeTasking.com applies rigorous technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data: encryption, restricted access, periodic audits, staff training, and incident response procedures.
